Pre-order Policy

All TRANSL8TR launch items are pre-order items unless stated otherwise. Orders are produced after purchase. Estimated shipping begins after production is complete.

Shipping method selected at checkout applies after production, not immediately after purchase.

Production and shipping timelines may vary due to manufacturing, bulk order processing, quality control, or carrier delays.

Refund Policy

Because pre-order items are made in limited quantities, all pre-order sales are final after 10 days.

Refund requests must be made within 10 days of purchase.

After 10 days, orders cannot be refunded unless there is a confirmed fulfillment issue or mistake on our end.

Order Changes

Size, color, or fit changes may be requested before production begins, but changes are not guaranteed.
